Course Introduction:
This course is designed to give delegates a broad understanding of the ‘Management of Portfolios’ (MoP®) philosophy and guidance. The training course is aimed at giving delegates an understanding of the philosophy behind the MoP® method and is aimed at preparing delegates for the official MoP® Foundation exam.
All ITAcademy courses are delivered using the latest MoP® examinations and syllabus
Course Description:
The following modules will be delivered:
- Overview of Method
- Implement MoP®, Sustain & Measure
- Strategic & Organizational Context
- Portfolio Management Principles
- Portfolio Definition cycle
- Portfolio Delivery cycle
- Roles & Documentation
At the end of the course delegates can take the official MoP® Foundation exam. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups.
